Huevos rancheros variation
Justin and I used our bacon waffle leftovers from yesterday to make a Huevos rancheros variation this morning.
Waffles toasted with cheese on them. Eggs fried in bacon grease. Rest of prep is standard.
Next time I think we are going to dice the bacon up and integrate it with the beans.
