We couldn't find tenderloin so we had to use chuck tenderloin so it wasn't as tender as it could have been. Still great with the cheese though.

Beef chuck tenderloin stuffed w Gorgonzola cheese.
Justin and I made dinner last night using the recipe from the good eats episode Tender is the Loin II.
We couldn't find tenderloin so we had to use chuck tenderloin so it wasn't as tender as it could have been. Still great with the cheese though.
